Poor quality

This hat came with the logo off center. Hat was crushed in a small box. Will not order haats off this website agai.

Pathetic Embroidery Quality

These hats should not have even been shipped to me looking like this. I also want a full refund because I must go have these hats made somewhere else which can deliver respectable quality embroidery on hats.

Embroidery not the best quality.

I really like Flexfit hats and these are exactly that. No complaints with the hat. My issue is that the embroidery that was done on these hats is inconsistent. I have one that the embroidery is completely messed up. Its completely different than any of the other products in this order. I'm hoping VistaPrint will work to correct this.

Sizing is way off

First, the patch came out great, aside from the use of a , instead of a . - there was a font change in this section and it was correct in the proof. Thankfully I only ordered one. The hat is way too big. I ordered the s/m, but it doesn't fit anyone in my office. Next time I will opt for adjustable. That said, the quality of the embroidery is really nice and I will order again.
